NOTICE: The KLP annual meeting is happening at 6:30 PM on March 19 and not at 6:00 PM, as was inaccurately stated in the mailed copies of the 2026 Winter Edition of the Kearsarge Newsletter. Please feel welcome to attend the meeting at the correct time which is 6:30 PM.

*Unless otherwise noted, the Planning Board and Board of Commissioners meet the third Tuesday of every month (no August or December meetings, Commissioners only) at the North Conway Community Center, 78 Norcross Circle, North Conway, NH. When needed, the Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet the third Thursday of the month, unless another date is posted. Details on time, subject matter, and location will be posted here in advance per RSA 91-A.
